3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Photo Rights: Only upload photos you own or have rights to use.
Prohibited Content: Do not upload explicit, illegal, hateful, or rights-infringing content.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our service, all sales are final once the service is accessed.

Refunds are only accepted if:

Technical failure completely prevented service access
Payment was charged but account was not activated
Duplicate charge occurred

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Sakarya courts.
